1. High-glycemic index
Banana, mango, melon, and pineapple is a fruit that has a high glycemic index. Fruits that have the effect of increasing insulin in the body, and is one reason why individuals difficult to lose weight.
 
2. Has the impact if eaten at the wrong time

Individuals are encouraged to eat fruits 20 to 30 minutes before eating. Therefore, it takes time for the body to digest any fruits that go. So, if you eat fruit after a meal, then it affects the stomach to be bloated and gaseous.

You should also know that eating fruits at the wrong time, can cause weight gain.
 
3. Fruits also have calories

Healthy nutritional value, making us feel innocent when eating fruit with considerable amounts. We never realized that fruits have a fairly high calorie content. In a medium-sized banana only, contains calories 105 cal. Imagine if we eat four bananas every day, plus eating other food, how many calories that enter the body?
 
4. The fruit contains fructose

The fruit is a simple carbohydrate that contains a sugar called fructose. Simple carbohydrates can cause spikes in our blood sugar.

But, that does not mean you have to eliminate fruits from the daily diet, you know!
