     - Lunch: Salad vegetables, tomatoes, 1 cup fresh orange juice.
     - Dinner: 1 boiled egg, goat meat, vegetable salad with tomatoes as the main ingredient.

Thursday
     - Breakfast: 1 boiled egg, 2 slices white bread, 1 bottle of Yakult.
     - Lunch: 1 serving of boiled vegetables, 1 cup white rice, 8 seeds of grapes.
     - Dinner: pocai (like vegetables like spinach), 1 serving of boiled chicken, 1 cup apple vinegar.

Friday

     - Breakfast: 1 egg fried egg, 1 cup of cereal, 2 mini tomato seeds.
     - Lunch: 1 bowl of white rice, pocai (spinach), tomatoes, black coffee.
     - Dinner: sea fish, vegetable salad, 1 bowl of porridge mix.

Saturday

     - Breakfast: 1butir boiled eggs, 1 bottle of yogurt, wine 8 seeds
     - Lunch: 1 serving of boiled vegetables, 1 cup white rice, tomatoes.
     - Dinner: Steak, vegetable salad with tomatoes as the main ingredient, black coffee.

Sunday

    - Breakfast: 1 egg fried egg, 2 slices of white bread, black coffee
    - Lunch: 1 serving of boiled chicken, tomatoes, 8 grapeseed.
     - Dinner: vegetable soup, cabbage, 1 cup white rice, salad vegetables. (Secretchina / Jhoni / Yant).
