4 Things could disrupt the intention of dieting!


Dieting is not just about exercise or arrange the food you eat. Moreover, dieting is about a commitment to myself to lose weight. Commitment and effort are also influenced by the diet one's intention to adopt a regular and consistent. Even so, the commitment and intentions to diet sometimes can also fade and fall.

In addition to the desire and intention of the less powerful, the diet can also be chaotic because of things outside yourself. Here are a few things that can mess up your diet intentions, as reported by Apps For Health (10.10.2014).

1. Storing food in the kitchen tantalizing taste buds

If you want to completely avoid foods that are not healthy or intentions can tempt you diet, you should get rid of these foods away. Do not put it in a prominent place, for example at the kitchen counter. Research has shown that putting unhealthy food in an accessible location will make someone dieting intentions weakened and usually they will eat it.

2. Put the leftovers in place of invisibility

Do not place the leftovers in a box or translucent, so you can see the food clearly. Looking at the rest of the food of this kind will make you desire to eat it. Suppose that when you save the rest of the pizza or other food in a transparent box. This will increase the desire to eat.

3. Friends eating fat

Do not think your friends will not affect diet meals that you run. The study revealed that eating with a friend who is overweight will make you eat more. This is evident even if your friend does not eat a lot of the time together with you. Unknowingly, this is already weaken your intention to go on a diet.

4. Using a large cutlery

A study revealed that the size of tableware also affect the desire to eat and your diet. The bigger cutlery used, the more your food portions. This may not realize a lot of people. However, this could prove to affect the intention of dieting and even ruin your diet.

Those are some things that can unconsciously disrupt your diet intentions. If you want to succeed on a diet with commitment and consistency, avoid the things on top of this!
