Carrots contain beta-carotene compounds that can be formed into Vitamin A. Vitamin A is good for the eyes, especially regulate nerve cells and nerve transparent cornea that surrounds the eyes to protect from germs, dust, inflammation, and infection.
wine
Red or purple grapes contain flavonoids are good for fighting heart damage, cancer, and brain harvest.
tuber
Ubi will release the sugars that will flow in the circulatory system. It can help regulate sugar levels so that the health of the pancreas can be maintained.
