Sleeping aids are hungry lose weight?


There are many tricks performed by a person when trying to lose weight. One way is to eat less to feel hungry when going to sleep. Myths is that sleep hungry can help you lose weight. It's just a myth!

Nutritionist Stephanie Clarke, RD and Willow Jarosh, RD of C & J Nutrition explains that sleep hungry will not help you lose weight. Likewise, eating at night will not make you fat fast. As long as you do not consume too many calories during the day, you will not gain weight with dinner.

Even so, it does not mean you can eat a lot before bed until satiation. Eating foods that are difficult to digest will cause discomfort in the stomach and interfere with sleep. In the morning you will feel still full, so skipping breakfast and disrupt metabolism, as reported by Fit Sugar (11/14/2014).

The same thing applies with hunger. Sleeping in a state of hunger will interfere with sleep or even make you unable to sleep at all. Lack of sleep can lead to obesity. Likewise, when you sleep in a state of hunger. You will feel very hungry in the morning and 'crazy' by eating a lot of calories.

So what to do? Before going to bed, make sure you do not feel too full or hungry. Be sure to eat a balanced diet of protein, fiber, carbohydrates, fats, and vegetables. If you have a habit of snacking before bed, this is not a problem. Originally healthy snack you and you do not consume excessive calories.
