How to Diet Low Salt


As the name suggests, low-salt diet is to reduce (or eliminate altogether) excessive consumption of foods containing salt. One of the things that can increase body mass is water (hold volume of water), so long as the program is underway along the salt water in the body will be issued every day through urine or feces. High salt consumption (exceeding the needs of the body) will tend to hold the water in our bodies in large numbers as well.
