Want to be slim? Do not leave your favorite foods.


During this time many diet tips require you to leave your favorite foods. Because of your favorite foods is seen as foods high in sugar, salt, fats, and oils that are clearly capable of damaging your diet program. In fact a study as reported by dailymail.co.uk actually found the opposite, namely indulging in your favorite foods while dieting can make you slimmer.

In a study of 2,600 members of Weight Watchers, found that more than 50% of the lost 10% of their body weight when they eat your favorite foods occasionally.

"Now, there is a common misconception that says that you can successfully lose weight, then you have to stop eating your favorite foods. But we found that when you limit yourself to such behavior, it would appear the desire for revenge by eating special foods and you have no control over it, "said Zoe Griffiths, head of Programme and Public Health for Weight Watchers, UK.

"One of the secrets so that you can be healthy and slim is to identify yourself. You know when you have to stop to eat food and when to reward yourself because they work hard in achieving a healthy diet."
