Causes Why It's Breakfast Still Hungry


Breakfast is usually done in the morning is supposed to make people be satisfied, but what actually happened was sometimes people remain hungry. What is?

Hunger that arise in the morning, generally caused because people do not have breakfast, and ultimately encourage the person to eat foods that are not as healthy as snack donuts, cakes, and others.

However, many people are still hungry even though they had breakfast in the morning, the following is the cause why is that, as quoted from Livestrong:

1. Breakfast is unhealthy.

Breakfast is the only form of sugar and refined carbohydrates just makes people satisfied for a while, and then it will make people hungry again. In the body, these refined carbohydrates are converted into sugar and will cause a feeling dissatisfied.

Conversely, if you have breakfast with complex carbohydrates which is actually longer to digest, will make your stomach full for a longer period of time. Therefore, a healthy breakfast is breakfast containing complex carbohydrates such as oatmeal, whole grain cereals, milk and others.

2. Lack of water consumed.

Sometimes thirst, hunger signals marked with the consequences of inadequate water consumption. So, drink 1 glass of water when hungry.

3. The absence of a snack.

It may also happen, people who have breakfast with complete nutritional feel hungry after a few hours. Therefore, a snack between breakfast and lunch is required. However, choose healthy snacks like carrots, sliced apples, celery and other fruits.
