- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon canola oil

- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1/3 cup marsala wine

How to Make
First, mix 2 tablespoons flour with a quarter teaspoon of salt and black pepper then rub the chicken breasts that have been cut with the mixture.
Second, heat 1 teaspoon canola oil in a large skillet on medium heat. After that, stir-fry 1 chopped garlic clove and 1 tablespoon diced red onion for 1 minute.
Third, put 1 cup of mushroom that has been cut and cook for 5 minutes. Then enter into the chicken mushroom, grilled both sides 2-3 minutes and enter as many as 1/3 cup of marsala wine.
The last stage, reduce the heat and let the wine until the liquid is reduced. Serve this chicken with potatoes and green beans that have been steamed and mixed with 1 teaspoon of butter, salt and black pepper to taste.
