People who consume salmon are less likely to get cancer in the colon, breast, esophagus, pharynx, pancreas, mouth, stomach, ovaries, and rectum. Salmon is one of the fish that has many benefits, and is also rich in protein which is very useful for those who want to lose weight and also improve the quality of the brain.
