Eating insects can make thin, interested in trying?


The culinary world continues to grow every day in finding a diet including a unique and eccentric. One is the things that happen in the culinary world in Thailand. In a country which is known as a white elephant, the insects become plural and common foods to be consumed. Of course, for some people, this habit is very scary. Because insects are known as strange animals and probably disgusting.

Regardless of this fact, a recent study reported by dailymail.co.uk find unique facts that eat insects can make your body lean, but still healthy. This happened to Jason Brink, an American who chose to live in Thailand. At first he did not think that the food he consumed is crickets. For him, cricket is already removed the legs and wings so it looks like a regular peanut.

"At first I thought that the food I eat is just plain nuts. But it turns out the food is crickets. Surprisingly very unique and savory taste," he said.

Responding to it, the WHO also stated that the insects are foods high in protein substance in it. In addition, each insect dish servings of 100 grams contains 121 calories making it a healthy snack.

"Insects including fast food that will not become extinct. So you can eat them as a unique alternative to a healthy diet rich in insects because copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, selenium, phosphorus, zinc, and of course fiber for your digestive health."
