There are many ways to lose weight, but you should first understand the concept that we can understand and how to apply them in everyday life so they can get the ideal body weight.

2. Environmental factors
3. Psychological Factors
4. Health factors
5. Drugs
6. The development
7. Physical Activity

The way to lose weight for those who are overweight because of genetic factors is different with those who are overweight are caused by other factors such as psychological factors. But there are also people who are obese due to a combination of two or more causes of obesity, in this case an attempt to lose weight also requires a thorough treatment.

Why Should Skinny?
