Time to Perform Self Analysis and Diet We


Understand how distressing to lose weight can sometimes be the one thing that is important to know so that we could get off the weight permanently. Only with a strict diet and down in large quantities is not enough.

If we want a permanent weight loss, it is important to know why our weight up and what can we do to prevent it.

Having the right mindset, apply a healthy diet and exercise habits indeed are the things that have been proven by many people to lose weight permanently.

What is the trigger?

For women, usually several times a month there that make it have excessive appetite. Stress is one of the trigger, from overeating. Knowing what the trigger can help us in a weight problem.

When we talk about weight gain, there are some patterns emerge. Most people realize that they usually gain weight after attending a dinner party event, a great family meal, until the new year. But after the new year, began again to dieting.

Others realize that when the winter, they can not exercise / workout so gained weight drastically. Even though there is also a summer weight gain, due to vacation, recreation and meals. Consider the months that usually make fallow rises, so that we can recognize and prevent it.


Journaling and Self Analysis

The key to self-analysis to lose weight is Journaling. What is a journaling? Journaling is an activity where we recorded the important events in a given time period and sometimes we need to recall that we have done.

Journaling is also one of the activities that will be very helpful in finding the triggers that cause weight gain. However, we must have a high intention to lose weight so that we have the motivation to keep a journal.

In general, weight loss journal consists of four things:

     - All eaten
     - Where eating
     - Why eat
     - What a feeling when eating

Although it is noted food eaten and where eating looks easy, but to two other things look more troublesome. But this is where we can understand completely. Depending on what we want to do.

But, I believe in general to answer the third question, why eaten certainly because of hunger. However this is not always the answer. Many people eat it out of habit, perhaps because they want to spend lunch, being bored, it could be due to the influence of friends, or because the food has a pleasant aroma, so essentially because the food was there in front of us.

So it is important for us to know why we eat these foods and record it into the journal.

     "Familiarize yourself to ask yourself first, if we are really hungry before eating it."
One of the smartest things we can do to keep our weight permanently is to only eat when we are hungry. By analyzing yourself, be vigilant on the trigger, or months that usually gain weight then our success in losing weight will be getting closer and of course permanently.

There are three important points here:

    - Understand yourself with self analysis and journaling
    - Be aware of the triggers that usually make your weight go up
     - Note months we usually experience significant weight raising

Well, if we can understand to 3 it. Hopefully, we can have an ideal body weight continuously.
