5 Tips to maintain weight after diet

4. Friends with fiber: protein and fiber intake is an important factor. Foods containing fiber are able to make you keep healthy digestion.

5. Be diligent in physical exercise:
It certainly is not just good for those who successfully lose weight. Sport is often said to be the belle of the deterrent various types of diseases. Keep to do it regularly.
