Lose weight with a 5-day vegetarian diet.


Women always worry about various things, one of the most frequently troubling is the weight. If you are already born slender, then it is a thing to be thankful for, because a lot of women who are trying hard just to be able to look slimmer.

day 1


6am:
Start your day by drinking a glass of warm lemon water mixed with honey. This drink will help cleanse the body, because in the morning your body will excrete waste and toxins in the body.

Breakfast: 8am
Eat 1 boiled egg, 3 comb wheat bread, 1 banana and a glass of warm green tea.

Lunch: 1 pm
Consumption of a small bowl of brown rice with stir-fried tofu and beans.

Afternoon snack: 4 pm
One fruit sandwich with ingredients 1 boiled egg, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, 2 combs wheat bread, 2 pieces of lettuce and sliced tomato.

Dinner: 8pm
One serving of vegetable salad with a mixture of cabbage, carrots, lettuce, 1 hard-boiled egg and a handful of nuts arab with a little olive oil and mayonnaise.


day 2


Breakfast: 8am
One bowl of oatmeal mixed with low-fat milk is warm and raisins sown on it. End with apples.

Lunch: 1 pm
Pumpkin boiled machete by hand with a small bowl of edamame.

Afternoon snack: 4 pm
Eat whole wheat bread baked with cheddar cheese and raisins

Dinner: 8pm
Saute bokcoy, potatoes and tempeh.


day 3

 
Breakfast: 8am
One cup of low-fat milk, orange and 2 slices whole wheat bread.

Lunch: 1 pm
A bowl of vegetable soup with fried tofu.

Afternoon snack: 4 pm
Low fat cheese with avocado salad, watermelon and apples.

Dinner: 8pm
Cah kale with 2 pieces of boiled potatoes.


day 4


Breakfast: 8am
2 boiled eggs, 1 avocado with honey, 1 banana and hot tea.

Lunch: 1 pm
A bowl of brown rice with stir-fried tofu and sprouts

Afternoon snack: 4 pm
Fruit salad with yogurt.

Dinner: 8pm
Saute broccoli and tofu with 2 pieces of boiled potatoes and oranges.
 
 
day 5
 
 
Breakfast: 8am
1 sweet potato stew with avocado juice and low-fat milk.

Lunch: 1 pm
Pecel vegetables with fried tempeh and grapes.

Afternoon snack 4 pm : 2 slices whole wheat bread, honey with 1 banana

Dinner: 8pm
Sauteed sweet corn, cabbage and tofu with apple juice.
